4. Receive test result : After we receive the batch, we will conduct a test on the screens. Once the test result is confirmed by you, we will send you payment or provide you with store credit.

It is crucial to pay close attention to this particular aspect, as it is often overlooked. We strongly advise placing your LCD's in sets of 5 or 10, loosely wrapped in anti-static bubble wrap. Make sure to place additional layers of bubble wrap at the bottom and top of the box. It is important to securely pack the LCD's in the box, but avoid applying excessive pressure as it can cause damage during transit.
We acknowledge that this may be a concern. At our facility, we adhere to a rigorous and structured process when managing orders. Every order is individually addressed and processed with extreme precision. Once your parcel reaches us, it is recorded and the quantity of LCDs is verified. Your parcel is then queued for assessment. We make it a rule to not mix, augment, or evaluate your LCDs with those from another order. For greater assurance, we suggest implementing unique identifiers like stickers or black light pens to mark your LCDs. In doing so, you can be certain that the LCDs in your order are distinctly attributed to you.
Free shipping is available if you're shipping 50 or more LCDs , or 300 or more from outside North America. If you don't meet these quantity requirements, you can still use our shipping label and we will deduct the cost from your payout.
We test the screens using actual phones. Each screen is tested in three colors: black, gray, and white. We look for touch functionality, bad backlight, dead pixels, screen burns, pressure spots, lines, water spots, and gray areas.
We keep all defective screens for 7 days after testing in case you want them back. If you wish for their return, you need to bear the postage.
Once your screens are tested, you will receive your payment within 24 hours.
