Parts

Our parts come with a lifetime warranty, assuring you of their quality and performance. If there are any issues with the part purchased, you can return it, provided there is no physical or internal damage, for a credit based on the current selling price or the purchase price, whichever is lower, or an exchange.

 

Accessories

If you purchase any accessory from iPartswholesales and it turns out to be defective, be assured that you can return it within 30 days. Additionally, if you mistakenly placed an order or no longer need the item etc., it can be returned within 15 days. These specified durations commence from the day you received your delivery. Please remember to return each accessory in its original box. Regrettably, if the set time limit is surpassed, we will not be able to initiate a refund process due to these accessories are now considered outdated.

Batteries

Our batteries carry a one-year warranty. If defects occur within this period and there is no physical damage on the battery, you can return it for a credit back or an exchange.

Tools

Our tools come with a 30-day warranty which covers manufacturing defects. You can return the product within this period for a credit back or an exchange.

Exchanges and Restocking Fee

We will send out your exchange instead of a credit back, please contact us promptly if you would like a credit back. We will gladly coordinate the exchange for you without any reshipping fees via FedEx Ground or USPS First Class Shipping, depending on the product. We also do not impose any restocking fees.

Returning a Used Part or Part Not Needed

Our warranty policy comprehensively covers you, allowing for the return of parts that have been used or are no longer needed. We will accept returns within the warranty period and provide a credit back, with no penalties or restocking fees, provided there is no damage to the part.
